Private property of one and a half acres located on the outskirts of a lovely Mayan village. Life is slow here, Maya is the first language for many. There are few cars, most people ride a bike or take moto taxis to attend their daily errands. The local women still wear their beautiful hipil dress, the same as their great grandmothers did 100 years ago. Night life consist of a stroll to the center of the village to mingle with the locals, perhaps catch a local religious festival and enjoy local comida.

Your palapa casita has a top quality full size bed with high count cotton bedding, private bath with hot water, beautifully furnished with antiques and locally sourced furnishings and small fridge. Bath kits include handmade artisan neem soap, shampoo and body cream. Bird watching kit and bikes available. Breakfast of fruit, locally made sweet breads, coffee, tea and fresh juice.
